Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy At Be Kreative UK Arts & Crafts Club, we want every member to have the opportunity to enjoy our creative sessions in a relaxed, welcoming and organised environment. To help us manage spaces, materials and sessions fairly, we ask all members to follow the booking policy below. 1. Booking Your Place Members are required to book their place before attending an arts and crafts session. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from Be Kreative UK Arts & Crafts Club. 2. Membership Membership is paid one month at a time. Your membership allows you to book and attend the sessions included within your membership during your paid membership month, subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee a place at every session, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 3. Booking Sessions Members should only book sessions that they genuinely intend to attend. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to another member. 4. Cancelling a Booking If you need to cancel a session booking, please provide as much notice as possible. Where possible, we ask members to cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Repeatedly booking sessions and not attending without notice may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings. 5. Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend a session without letting us know, your place may be counted as used for that booking. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may affect your ability to book future sessions. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, so genuine exceptional circumstances will always be considered. 6. Arriving Late Please arrive on time for your booked session. If you are running late, please contact us where possible. Depending on the activity and how much of the session has passed, we may not always be able to accommodate late arrivals. 7. Booking Changes If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your booking to another available session, but this cannot be guaranteed if the alternative session is already fully booked.
