These terms and Conditions apply to all craft classes, workshops and events provided by Be Kreative UK. By booking or attending a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings must be made via our website, social media, email or approved booking platform.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and we have sent you a confirmation email or message.
Spaces are limited and allocated on first-paid, first-served basis.
You must be aged 16 or over to attend adult classes. For classes for children/teens, the attending age and parental consent requirements will be clearly stated in the class description.
Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Payment is due at the time of booking. We do not reserve spaces without payment.
Prices cover tuition, use of tools and materials specified in the class description. Unless stated otherwise, they do not include refreshments, transport or extra materials you may wish to purchase to take home.
Payments can be made via card, bank transfer or other approved secure methods
Cancellations and Refunds
In line with the consumer contracts regulations 2013 and our policy:
If you cancel more than 14 days before the class a full refund or credit note valid for
12 months
7-13 days before the class -50% refund or full credit note
Less than 7 days before the class- No refund or credit- unless we can fill your space from another booking
No shows- No refund or credit will be given
If we cancel or reschedule
We will notify you as soon as possible
You may choose a full refund, transfer to another suitable class or receive a credit note valid for 12 months
We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you have booked
Right to Change Mind
If you book online/remotely you have a 14 day cooling off period from booking to cancel for any reason. This right ends early if the class takes place within those 14 days and you agree we can start delivering the service before the cooling off period expires.
Attendance & Behaviour
Arrive 10-15 minutes before start time to settle in. Late arrivals may miss instructions and we cannot extend time or repeat content.
All materials and tools provided remain our property unless stated otherwise. Please handle them with care; you will be charged for any damage or loss caused by negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. no refund will be given in this case.
Classes are designed for personal use only, you may not record, film, or photograph the class or instructor without written permission.
Health Safety and Liability
You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can make reasonable adjustments.
We will provide guidance on safe use of tools and materials; you agree to follow all instructions given.
We hold public liability insurance, but this does not cover your personal belongings or personal injury caused by your own failure to follow safety rules.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the total fee paid for the class. We are not liable for indirect loses such as travel costs or loss of earnings.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual Property
All techniques, designs, templates and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Be Kreative UK.
You may make items you create in class for personal use but may not copy, reproduce, teach, or sell our designs or methods commercially without our written permission.
Photos and Media
We may take photos/videos during classes for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included please tell us at the start of the class.
If you are attending a class with children, you must not photograph or film other participants without their permission or their parent/guardians consent.
Changes to classes and terms
We may occasionally change content, dates, times or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. we will always offer a suitable alternative or refund.
We may update these terms; the latest version will be available on request and will apply to future bookings.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales
Any dispute will be referred to the courts of England and Wales
